Some lovingly refer to their belly fat as love handles but truth be told it is actually dangerous to your health. Excess fat around your stomach increases the risk for heart disease. It is also a stubborn fat that is hard to lose.
Most people do not have the live they want because they don’t set goals. Even if you are struggling to lose fat and get into shape you need to set goals for yourself. How can you know what you need to do if you don’t set up a plan for yourself, once you know what you want it is much easier to find ways to get there.
Heart disease and high blood pressure, being over weight greatly increases your chances of having high blood pressure and heart disease. By starting to lose weight will help cut down and reduces the likely hood of getting such diseases.
Choose to eat a lot of green veggies, fruits, and whole grain. Be sure to eat lean meats such as chicken and fish. And always avoid any food that is processed as these foods are loaded with sodium and other harmful ingredients.
Break a sweat. It is very important to get some form of cardio or cardiovascular exercise each day. Cardio workouts include biking, walking, jogging or swimming. If you are just starting that is okay because even walking for 30 minutes each day will help lower your body fat.
Another major reason why people struggle to get lose fat and get into shape is because they don’t do effective fat burning exercises. It does not mean because you are doing something that therefore you are on the right track.
Certain activities such as dancing, tennis, volleyball, bicycling can be fun to do but they are not effective to burn fat.
