Drink Lots of Water – Instead of drinking sodas try replacing it by drinking plenty of water. It\’s best that you drink 8 glasses of water in a day. Doing this on a consistent basis will make you shed some pounds.

Eat Small Frequent Meals – We\’ve been eating 3 large meals all our lives but it\’s really beneficial if you eat small frequent meals during the day. Eating this way will make your body burn the calories and fat easier. Your body can only burn so much calories before it turns to fat. Don\’t eat too much fat, sugar and carbohydrates. Try preparing a well balanced meal so you can reduce cankles.

Carbs to Protein Ratio – You may want to have a higher carb to protein ratio earlier in the day, and a higher protein to carb ratio later in the day.

No Carbs After Seven – Carbohydrates turn into sugar and that\’s why you want to allow your body enough time to be able to burn off the sugar. Eating some carbs late at night before going to bed will turn the carbs into fat. Try eating a small amount of carbs at night so your body has enough time to burn it off.

Exercise – Obviously this is the most important weight loss tip. Try having at least 30-60 minutes of exercise per day. Jumping rope is a fun way to lose weight. You can do at least 20-30 minutes a day of jumping. Cardiovascular exercises are a great way to lose some of the pounds.
