Fat acid foods will really make your body burn calories by working them. This is really what your body was designed to do. Start eating more foods that are whole for you, that have not been prepared already. These foods would include fresh veggies, raw nuts, whole cereal foods, etc.

Consume more foods that will not just be “empty” calories. It is the empty calories that are helping you; keep on those pounds.

Know your meats. If you are a big meat consumer, pay closer care to the leaner cuts of beef and pork. Skinned chicken breasts are excellent, as well as some of the fish, that contain fatty acids.
