I found that in order to help myself not want to eat, I needed to feel full. The best way to do that is to drink cold water. Lots of it. Since drinking more water means more bathroom trips, I am even moving around more often.
Another important thing to do when planning to lose weight is to plan your attack. Plan what time you’ll be walking in the day and plan what you are going to eat.
