Wacky Weight Loss Ideas

People have many ideas for weight loss and some of them seem outrageous. This may be just what we need right now. It seems the traditional “diet and exercise” aren’t working for the majority of people. So, read on and get ready to mix it up for weight loss like you may never have seen before.

Shaking yourself skinny is big right now, so it seems. This brings us the Power Plate exercise machine. Manufacturers say that you can stand on it for ten minutes a day while it shakes you to better health. You lose weight, create stronger bones and get all around healthier. But beware, this machine is going to set you back around $5,000.

Then there’s the “Shake Weight.” It looks like one of those hand-held massage wands but is actually a dumbbell that shakes while you use it. I really can not say more than this – but suffice it to say there are a lot of smirks buzzing around the internet about this one.

Want to tan yourself skinny? Well, you can not actually lose weight with this but you can get a tan. The “Ray of Hope” tanning spray also contains caffeine molecules. Apparently spraying on a tan can help hide the look of fat. But then, am I supposed to spray it in my mouth for the caffeine effect? Does it taste like coffee?

Now, for my favorite wacky weight loss exercise – rebounding. This is really just jumping on a trampoline. I love jumping. It’s just plain, old fun. I’ve read a lot of good things about it so I’ve actually purchased one of those little exercise trampolines and am using it. Not sure if it’s working yet, but like I said, it sure is fun!

And for my favorite weight loss diet, a detox. I’m not kidding. This is really working for me. I have failed and weight loss diets and eating right my whole life. Cravings do not go away and I love sweets.

I did try this and did have success. I don’t know if it was the supplements that helped fill me up or the junk that left me traumatized as it left my body. It doesn’t matter. It was the one wacky weight loss thing I could actually do.

Anyway, hopefully you can find some interesting and wacky weight loss scheme to help you. It’s a tough road so find what you can that will motivate you.
