With the increasing popularity of the diet pill Ultra 90, I thought it was time to review this particular diet pill. Even though the Ultra 90 website promises a great deal, judging from it’s ingredient profile, it’s not likely to help you actually lose much weight. This breif version of my complete Ultra 90 review will give you a glimpse into what results Ultra 90 may or may offer.
Judging from the ingredients in Ultra 90, it doesn’t seem that it will cause much weight loss. The ingredients are collagen protein, aloe vera, vitamin c, safflower oil, glycerin, bees wax, and lecithin. Some claim that collagen and lecithin may lead to weight loss, but I have yet to find any definitive clinical studies that prove it’s effectiveness.
You’ll see that Ultra 90 has two formualas. One for AM and one for PM. The interesting thing, however, is that the ingredients are exactly the same in both formuals. There’s no difference between them. So why do this? It’s just a simple marketing gimmick to get you to think you’re getting something special. They also recommend that you take both the AM and PM during the day (obviously requiring that you buy twice as much). In addition, they tell you not to eat 3 hours before taking the PM formula at night. Coincidentally, this is when most people snack the most. So any weight you lose, is likely due to this decrease in caloric intake and not due to the diet pill itself.
I’ll go now to their non-existent money back guarantee. That’s right. They don’t offer any guarantee of any kind. Their excuse is that the pills are perishable. But I’ve seen plenty (in fact most) of other diet pills that offer guarantees (anywhere from 30 days to a lifetime). This raises a little bit of concern that they don’t offer even a weak money guarantee. Do they not stand behind their product?
If you’re losing weight with Ultra 90, it’s likely because you’re eating fewer calories by not eat 3 hours before you go to sleep. As far as ingredients go, it’s not likely that they will help much at all. The AM/PM formula trick makes me raise the eyebrows a bit and they provide no kind of money back guarantee. Thumbs down for Ultra 90.
