Try Sparkling Fruit Juices

I’ve been a soda lover all of my life. I love the sweet, crisp flavor, and I really love the feel of the bubbles and the carbonation.

As much as I love these sodas, I’ve come to terms with the fact that I need to put an end to the habit, or at least cut back on my intake. I’m getting more mature and I need to start treating my body well, and eliminating soda as a regular part of my diet is probably the first step.

I’ve never been much of a fan of diet soda. Aside from my concern about ingesting chemicals, I simply don’t like the taste and I’ve always felt that it tastes kind of fake compared to the pure, sweet taste of a regular soda.

I’ve tried club soda and while I do like it for the health reasons, I find it to be really bland. I need to be drinking something with at least a bit of flavor in it! Maybe not even soda, but something that at least tastes interesting to me.

Fortunately, there’s something that I started drinking not too long ago that seems like it’s my answer. There are a handful of carbonated fruit drinks on the market, and the best part is that they have no added sugars.

My favorite brand of these is Izze. With a tangerine flavor, a pomegranate, blackberry, apple, and grapefruit, there’s more than enough variety in the mix. These flavors are all delicious too!

The thing about both of these drinks is the fact that they’re made entirely of fruit juice. It’s a combination of fruit juice and seltzer, and these sparkling fruit drinks have just enough sweetness to give me my fix, with no adverse health drawbacks.

If you’re looking for these drinks, I’d simply check your local convenience store. I know that some of them are sold in Starbucks too, but the bottom line is they’re all over the place. Try them out, you won’t be disappointed.
