3. Weight machines. I know it is not the most nice activity, but lifting weights will do miracles for your body. I do not blame you- it’s not like getting up and basically trying it essentially did anyone any good anyway.

4. Salads. Meat and potatoes are my favourite meal. Unfortunately, too much clogs your system and expands your waistline. I enjoy a good steak and mashed potato meal two times a week. The other 5 days I eat smart and enjoy a lot of salads. Why salad, you ask? Easy- a good salad is healthy, filling, and helps with the digestion of your meal. Eating salad never rubbed out anybody, but too much red meat sure has. Think about it. And lastly…

5. Discipline. The most important thing that nearly everybody is missing. You want to be disciplined and galvanized to stay on your diet and to keep your exercise program going. As soon as you stop your results stop with it, and there’s nothing else frustrating than losing ten pounds only to gain it all back again .
