DIET PLAN

Use only salt and pepper as seasonings. Drink masses of water. Eight cups a day is counseled.

First Day :

Breakfast – A slice of toast with 2 teaspoons of peanut butter, 0.5 a grapefruit and a cup of black tea or coffee.
