One of the main questions that gets discussed by potential HCG dieters is, “What do I do while I’m on the diet?” It pops up constantly. And it’s always fun to give the same old answers.
1. Get yourself to work. We haven’t heard of an employer yet offering paid time off for weight loss programs so unless you’re independently wealthy and lack constructive activity…we suggest you get on with it!
2. Eat dinner together. If you normally eat dinner together as a family; don’t curtail the activity because you think you can’t eat what your family is eating. Take charge and prepare a healthy meal for all. It’s the perfect opportunity to get everyone eating healthy and that’s a good thing.
3. Go to parties. Just because you’re on a diet doesn’t mean you can’t go out and socialize. Go to parties, hang out with your friends; just make sure that when it involves eating you choose the healthy option or eat before you go and then stick to lemon water.

The point is…the list of what to do on the HCG diet isn’t limited. Live your life. Do what you do. Function as normal.
