There are two keys to getting that sexy body you\’ve always wanted to get. In this article I\’m going to try and go over them in detail. Remember that without taking action you can never hope to get in shape and get that body so put everything you know into practice.

Something really important is running. Like or not running is crucial if you want to get in shape. When you run you burn fat in key areas – when you lift weights you burn fat in non key areas like your arms and legs etc. By running you can get a slim stomach which will better allow you to quickly get ripped.

Another exercise that is extremely old but again really effective is the bench press. The bench press is a very misunderstood workout. Again it\’s not about the quantity it\’s about the quality. The slower you raise and lower the bar the better. You want to only do 6-10 reps and around 2-3 sets. That\’s it.

Remember, like I\’ve said before, there\’s not many shortcuts to success. Not in business and not in the bodybuilding world. You need to keep at it and keep trying – sometimes you\’ll just look at yourself and wonder if you\’ll ever make it but trust me one of these days you\’ll wake up and be shocked by the results.
