We all want quick diet loss and have all resorted to quick diets for instant results. If you are not losing weight it could just be you are using the wrong diet for you.
However before you consign yet another diet plan to the bin make sure your trouble losing weight is not related to any of the reasons below.
1. We start diets that we really know deep down will not work. Don’t do it as it will only affect your resolve and self esteem. Forget the quick fix diets.
2. Ok you’ve opened the diet information,prepared the ingredients and suddenly expect your body to love quick fad diets. I don’t think so.. Your body will be shuddering and thinking oh no not again when you offer up 2 celery sticks and cabbage soup.
3. Planning is the key. If you fail to plan you plan to fail as they say. Common sense you will be thinking but so many people just go off half cocked and wonder why their diets don’t work.
4. It could just be you have picked the wrong diet plan. Don’t be fooled by Lucy at work who has lost half her body weight in a week on the “zombie” diet.
5. Ok so who hasn’t popped themselves on a little diet for Aunt Fannys sixth marriage. Well I have and they never worked. Why because unfortunately dieting for short term events never lasts. You need to decide to diet for the long term life benefits
