			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>It is Day eleven! Chad&#8217;s been on the homeopathic HCG diet for eleven days currently. Some can say that he is completing the HCG diet Utah style. All that means is that he finds himself as one of the many Utah residents that think HCG dieting is advantageous. For Chad&#8230;it&#8217;s going well. At least it&#8217;s going well so far. He keeps himself aware of the protocol and tries not to venture away from the protocol. He carts the protocol around (he loves that they provided him with a pocket guide protocol). When he has it with him it&#8217;s harder for him to &#8220;justify&#8221; and break the protocol. </p>
<p>Day 11 saw Chad weighing himself as soon as he rolled out of bed. He was at 229 pounds; down one more pound. There&#8217;s really nothing quite as satisfying as actually losing weight while you&#8217;re dieting. Chad feels like he&#8217;s moving in the right direction with his consistent weight loss and he&#8217;s almost more excited about the fact that he has more energy than he did before he started dieting. </p>
<p>While strenuous exercise is a HCG dieting no-no&#8230;mild activity is great. Chad finds that he likes the habit he&#8217;s fallen into of taking a calm walk each day after work. It&#8217;s just enough to make him feel that he did something active without breaking the rules. And it somehow helps him to be excited about starting a new day and weighing himself again in the morning. </p>
<p>Because Chad likes to &#8220;know it all&#8221;&#8230;(notice I actually call Chad a Know It All) he has been studying up on HCG dieting. He got a few books and he keeps finding new informative articles and such to read online. Pretty soon he&#8217;ll be an expert. One bit of info that he&#8217;s found that is particularly interesting is that dieters who have done the diet multiple times find that it gets easier each time. </p>
<p>When asked how he feels about his diet so far Chad says, &#8220;I&#8217;m feeling great. I feel like I&#8217;m making a lot of changes and that they are all good changes that were necessary for my own good. I&#8217;m changing my life by losing weight.&#8221; </p>
<p>Chad&#8217;s gotten pretty friendly with the HCG Diet Direct call center. He calls them whenever he has a problem or a concern or a question. And it is very comforting to have someone available by phone. Chad tends to discuss the foods that he is eating or plans on eating with the staff at the call center. </p>
<p>Mentally prepare yourself! Chad can&#8217;t count how many times the call center representatives have offered him this advice. They tell him to mentally prepare himself to go home each day. Chad&#8217;s hardest time of the day is the evening. He&#8217;s mentioned this before in his weight loss journaling. And he has to stay on top of it or this is the time of day when he will make a mistake. He tends to crave a snack while he&#8217;s working from home after the kids are asleep. It&#8217;s just a habit. So each day on his way home from work&#8230;he mentally prepares himself for this nightly challenge. And he also saves one serving of fruit for this time period so he has a healthy, HCG approved snack to replace the garbage foods he used to reach for. </p>
<p>By saying the Chad is doing the HCG diet Utah style doesn&#8217;t mean that he has some diet access that is exclusive to people in Utah. He&#8217;s just one of a large number of Utah residents that are taking advantage of the diet and the drastic weight loss that it offers. The HCG diet is the same in Texas and Arkansas and Alabama and Mississippi and New York and Connecticut and Missouri&#8230;and everywhere else.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>So many people love the HCG diet. It&#8217;s what you might call&#8230;popular! Dieters who already finished their own HCG diet know the rules. They realize that they&#8217;re strict. But they also know first hand that they aren&#8217;t convoluted like so many other dieters. The HCG diet protocol is simple, straightforward and NOT confusing. </p>
<p>But even those who have already completed the plan are sometimes utterly not aware of a vital aspect of the diet: HCG diet phase 2. It is the maintenance period. The maintenance period is vital. It is not just one option that some people include because they are too ambitious. The HCG diet phase 2 is necessary in order for the body to keep the weight off that has been lost during the program. </p>
<p>During HCG diet phase 2 or maintenance phase the body adjusts. Dieters are allowed 1500 calories instead of the previous limitation of 500. More foods are added to the approved list but dieters must still pick and choose between all the foods available to them. </p>
<p>When dieters start the maintenance phase (HCG diet phase 2) and stick to the rules they will stay inside the food limits as well as the caloric limits (1500 per day). They also stick to it for the requisite amount of time. The amount of time spent on maintenance varies because it should equal the amount of time spent on the diet.  </p>
<p>So if a dieter did the HCG diet for the fifteen day period then they need to follow it with a fifteen day maintenance period. But if they did the HCG diet for forty days they need to follow it with a maintenance period lasting forty days. It is necessary just like the rest of the diet, but for some reason many simply ignore the need for this part of the diet. </p>
<p>Individuals who ignore HCG diet phase 2 discover that they have a much harder time maintaining their weight loss after the diet is already finished. This is wildly crazy if you think about the fact that HCG diets provide a drastic and quick weight loss opportunity for many dieters. Dieters who are able to follow the program protocol introduced in the basic program will often see weight loss close to the average of 1 to 2 pounds daily. </p>
<p>There is not much more annoying than meeting this wonderful weight loss average only to see the weight return when the maintenance phase is ignored. The maintenance phase is typically  not nearly as hard for dieters as the literal diet. Some say that they have a hard time changing to the increased foods while still keeping in mind that there is a limit. Programs that start working right away are usually the best options for dropping weight fast. Programs that are referred to as easy by dieters are typically simple and straightforward. They are also typically capable of giving dieters actual verifiable results. </p>
<p>Fun is an adjective that isn&#8217;t typically applied to the fast, easy weight loss diet plan plans. One particular plan fitting the description (not much fun, but quite effective and short) is the HCG diet plan. It is very stringent. It is quite stringent. And&#8230;it is definitely not fun. But there are not many who feel comfortable arguing that it&#8217;s not effective once they see that average weight loss numbers. The majority of diet planers lose 1 to 2 pounds per day on the HCG diet plan.  </p>
<p>The major concern for most people who are trying to take advantage of the great weight loss results offered by the homeopathic HCG diet is the lack of eating choices. Part of the &#8220;easy&#8221; is knowing precisely what you are allowed to eat because your choices are so limited it would be kind of difficult to make a mistake. Any exceptions that are made by HCG dieters are completely the fault of the dieter. </p>
<p>Blaming it on a lack of understanding of the protocol would be pretty hard. It&#8217;s so direct and simple. It&#8217;s the reason that some attach the descriptive word, &#8220;easy&#8221; to the HCG diet. The term refers to an ease of understanding more than the ease of actually sticking to the strict diet. Most wouldn&#8217;t call it easy in reference to sticking to the stringent protocol. </p>
<p>Dieters that moan and groan about the lack of variety while sticking to the HCG diet plan could be asked one query, first and foremost. And that is, &#8220;What exactly are you eating?&#8221; This will sometimes reveal that a dieter has cut out approved foods. It could be because they don&#8217;t like them, but sometimes it&#8217;s simply because they are not accustomed to them. This is not a good move considering how limited the approved food list is&#8230;take advantage of every food listed&#8230;it&#8217;s all you get. </p>
<p>Next dieters moaning about the lack of variety could be asked what spices they are incorporating into their meals. The approved foods are limited, but they are not required to be tasteless. diet planers are perfectly welcome to spice it up with spices that are also approved for the diet. The approved list of spices is fairly long in comparison to the other HCG &#8220;approved&#8221; items like fruits, veggies and proteins. Glance through it and then go for it. </p>
<p>At this point diet planers usually decide that the approved recipe guide is more advantageous than they realized. An expert cook can identify which approved spices will be best with which items, but many of us are not that expert at this type of cooking. The recipe guide is a fantastic place to start. It provides a basis from which you can start experimenting with spices and different food combinations.  </p>

The list of approved items is very small. But variety is still possible. Dieters can absolutely take advantage of the entire list of approved items. Dieters should not cut out any foods for silly reasons like they don&#8217;t think they like it or they didn&#8217;t like it that one time they tried it. The list is too very small for that ridiculousness. There are also recipe guides that can be very helpful. But many ignore that there are  many spices approved on the diet. And there are many ways to use the approved spices that can add variety to the limited diet. (That goes for both the homeopathic HCG diet and the HCG injection diet). </p>
<p>Think about the list of spices that are included in the approved lists. Then you can apply them to your lean proteins and your vegetables. We&#8217;ve already released an article on the popular spices for chicken. And today it&#8217;s time to talk about beef. Spices can really maximize the natural flavor of the meat. </p>
<p>Spices that work well for beef that are HCG approved are: chili powder, garlic, basil, bay leaf, oregano and thyme. Amongst the list of approved lean beef cuts are the roast and a few different popular steaks. So try these popular options. </p>
<p>Are you making a roast? Don&#8217;t forget the spices. You have to forget the carrots and the potatoes are a no-no. But onions and celery are a good addition. You might even want to try to chop up a head of cabbage and throw it in a half hour or hour prior to pulling the roast out. Salt and pepper are the most traditional options for roast. But there are other things you can try. </p>
<p>You might like drizzling a mixture of vinegar and thyme over the roast/veggies prior to cooking. Use the vinegar that is listed in the protocol, of course. Chop up your thyme and mix it with the vinegar. This mixture leaves the meat tender and adds extra flavor.  </p>
<p>Regardless of the type of cut you are going to be preparing you can use several different combinations of spices. Less expensive cuts of meat will probably need to marinate for a longer time as well as cook a bit longer (and maybe at a lower setting).  </p>
<p>Even if you use the drizzled mixture mentioned above you will still need a spice combo to use as a roast rub. Here&#8217;s a basic mixture to try rubbing directly on the roast before cooking: 3 tbsp minced fresh parsley, 1 tsp dried basil, 1 tsp dried rosemary, 4 tsp minced fresh garlic, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp ground pepper.  </p>
<p>Mix the combination well in a small bowl. Rub the mixture directly onto the outside of the roast and then place it in the pan or slow cooker. The amount of spice listed above should be appropriate for a roast weighing between 5 and 8 pounds. Before applying the seasonings pat the roast dry. </p>
<p>We&#8217;ve only offered you a few suggestions and there are many. The number of spices that are approved on the HCG injection diet and homeopathic HCG diet actually allow for many different workable combinations.</p>

The point is that the effectiveness homeopathic HCG offers to dieters in their quest for weight loss is dependent entirely on the dieter. Dieters have to be able to follow the rules in order to maximize their weight loss results. </p>
<p>In order to feel the effectiveness homeopathic HCG is offering&#8230;you have to feel satisfied. Feeling satisfied makes you far minimal likely to break the rules in an attempt to get satisfaction. And the easiest way to feel satisfied on the diet is to not feel that you are being deprived. So how do you keep from feeling deprived? You make positive that the foods that you are eating are very, very good. </p>
<p>We already discussed which seasonings are the best choices when trying to accent either chicken or beef. What are the benefits of buffalo meat as a protein? Is it &#8220;healthier&#8221; for us than other types of meat? Think about it. The HCG diet limits us as to which types of beef we can have. Is it a magical non-fat protein of some sort? Does it have fabulous, healthy qualities that need to be promoted? <p>1. Many people actually think of buffalo as tasting better than beef.</p>

<p>3. Buffalo is higher in protein than beef. It also provides more omega acids, amino acids, and iron than beef. </p>

<p>But they keep talking about having the condition. Why do you think they do that? For the most part they claim ADD and ADHD because they feel like they have a problem sitting still for calm activities. Or because they just can&#8217;t seem to focus long enough to finish projects. Or they continue to say it because they can&#8217;t seem to ever mark anything off their to do list because nothing is complete&#8230;they just have several items &#8220;started&#8221; at the same time. </p>
<p>Sometimes the ADD/ADHD discussion can make discussing dieting easier and make unsuccessful dieting patterns more clear. For instance&#8230;dieters who can&#8217;t follow one diet long enough to see results are what we call ADD dieters. </p>
<p>What we call an ADHD dieter cannot stop swinging from one diet to another wildly. They never finish one program before they start another one. ADHD dieters tend to be on multiple diets in one week. ADHD dieters can&#8217;t follow a set of dieting protocol long enough to see weight loss; they switch to a new program before they are able to see results. </p>
<p>And since one of the main reasons that we&#8217;re all constantly claiming and complaining about our fictional ADD and ADHD conditions is because we hate to waste time this inability to successfully diet is a big deal. We hate running around hectically all day trying to get everything done and then discover at the end of the day that we&#8217;re exhausted and we didn&#8217;t seem to get anything done. We don&#8217;t get to cross even one thing off the infamous &#8220;to-do&#8221; list. </p>
<p>The philosophy can be applied to quick weight loss diets. They&#8217;re obviously quick; it says so right there in the name. But just because it&#8217;s &#8220;quick&#8221; doesn&#8217;t mean that you&#8217;ll only be expected to stick to it for a few hours or even just a few days. You&#8217;ll need to stick to it for a few weeks. That&#8217;s the minimum amount of time required for any effective dieting program. Take two weeks and dedicate your energy and thought to dieting. Get it done and move on to working on your to do list again afterwards. </p>
<p>Think about losing weight and don&#8217;t do anything else. Just dedicate two weeks to focusing on losing weight. It&#8217;s not that long. If you think about the big picture&#8230;it&#8217;s no time at all. Stop complaining about that fictional case of ADD or ADHD that you like to talk about and that will save you a chunk of time right there. </p>

<p>Everyone sometimes does something that they didn&#8217;t mean to do or that they swore they wouldn&#8217;t do. We all make mistakes. They can be annoying. They can be damaging. They can be silly. They can be drastic. But one thing is always the same. We have to get over it afterwards. Forgiveness is the first step. Once we&#8217;ve forgiven ourselves for making a mistake in the first place we can move forward without having a guilt induced breakdown. </p>

Forever aiming at a weight loss goal and never reaching it can destroy an individual&#8217;s will power; especially when they see friends, neighbors, co-workers and more succeeding on THEIR weight loss programs. </p>
<p>When it comes to fast weight loss diets there are several common mistakes that make it nearly impossible to succeed. One of the very first is lack of commitment. This doesn&#8217;t mean that we&#8217;re worried about how long you&#8217;ve been dating your current significant other or how long you&#8217;ve been waiting to set a date for the wedding. If the answer is no then you should just accept yourself the way you are and stop half-heartedly dieting.  </p>
<p>Dieting requires commitment. Fast weight loss diets in particular typically require higher levels of commitment than other diets. You either commit to follow the rules and lose weight or you don&#8217;t and then you don&#8217;t lose weight. &#8220;Dieting&#8221; and not following the rules is an utter waste of time. </p>
<p>But if you are, in fact, able to identify one of your issues as lack of commitment and take it to the next step by overcoming it then you can definitely move forward with fast weight loss diets (your choice, of course). Look for one that offers a bonafide weight loss strategy not just empty promises. check to make sure that it has a history of weight loss success. And once you&#8217;ve done your research and made your decision&#8230;jump in and really do it. Commitment is a good thing!</p>

Chad did it! He&#8217;s on day 10 of his fast weight lost diet. And he&#8217;s dropping the pounds like nothing. </p>
<p>Average daily weight loss for those who follow the homeopathic HCG protocol is 1 to 2 pounds daily. Chad&#8217;s meeting those averages. And he&#8217;s really happy about it. He&#8217;s excited to get on the scale each morning and see his &#8220;new&#8221; weight. </p>
<p>The first thing he tried to do was figure out what he was going to have a hard time with; identify his weaknesses so to speak. And he did. His biggest weakness of a certain time of day (between dinner and bed). Then he figured out how to fix them. He decided that he would save both his fruit servings for this time period each day. And it&#8217;s been working out well.  </p>
<p>On Day 10 Chad weighed 230 lbs. </p>
<p>Chad&#8217;s really happy with his weight loss so far. He&#8217;s been losing a pound a day for the last week or so. It&#8217;s definitely coming of steadily so far for Chad, but even though he keeps seeing the weight come off&#8230;he&#8217;s still surprised to see the numbers on the scale change. he said, &#8220;I love losing weight. It&#8217;s amazing. I am dropping approximately 7 pounds per week and I feel really good.&#8221;  </p>

On the morning of Day 10 he had Coconut Mango herbal tea and Melba toast. the toasts really fill him up. For lunch and dinner he stuck to the rules. </p>
<p>He&#8217;s made it a habit to cook all his protein in the beginning of the week. Then he puts in bags and stores them in the fridge so he can just grab it and go. He does the same thing with the vegetables. Then he can just grab two bags and a piece of fruit and be off.  </p>

<p>Chad has stuck to the diet very well. Some of the rules are quite tough. But since sticking to them provides instant weight loss motivation Chad hasn&#8217;t had a lot of trouble giving in to temptation.  </p>
<p>After one day of sticking to the very low calorie diet requirements Chad weighed in at 7.5 pounds less than the day before. Chad was amazed; as he should be! That is definitely some quick weight loss! More than 7 pounds lost in one day! It&#8217;s become pretty obvious to Chad that the late evenings are his hardest time of day, but so far he&#8217;s been able to stick to the protocol even when he really doesn&#8217;t want to.  </p>
<p>Day 5 saw Chad weighing in at 235.5 pounds. </p>
<p>So Chad&#8217;s lost another three pounds. Being able to record a 10.5 pound drop over the course of 2 days definitely qualifies Chad to say he&#8217;s getting quick weight loss. And since that was one of his goals&#8230;he&#8217;s happy. </p>
<p>He&#8217;s losing weight. And he figured that he would. But even after reading others talk about it as a quick weight loss diet and a diet that offered drastic weight loss in a short amount of time he&#8217;s still shocked to see the weight coming off so quickly. </p>
<p>A few days ago Chad decided to start making a video of his diet progress. This is a popular method of weight loss journaling because people are able to actually have a visual recording to go along with their &#8220;weights&#8221; that are taken each morning. It&#8217;s great motivation.   </p>
<p>On Day 5 Chad continued to follow homeopathic HCG protocol. (He wants to see more quick weight loss). He tried a  new flavor of tea (Peppermint) with some Vanilla Stevia. He didn&#8217;t get a headache which is great. He still has a bit of a hard time falling asleep because he feels a bit hungry. He also noted that it apparently only took him two days on the very low calorie diet to start craving the foods he was able to indulge in during his two loading days. When he called the HCG Diet Direct support center regarding his headache they said it was just a natural reaction to cutting sugar out of your diet abruptly.</p>

Drastic weight loss is a phrase often used to describe the diet. And the drastic weight loss is often seen in a short amount of time. And Chad is doing extremely well. He&#8217;s currently losing more weight than the average dieter. </p>
<p>Chad&#8217;s done a great job so far sticking with the rules set down in the HCG weight loss protocol. And that&#8217;s really saying something because the rules are pretty tough. And they&#8217;re also very important to this particular program. The first two days are loading day. Dieters have to load up on fatty, high calorie foods. Day 3 is the beginning of the very low calorie portion of the diet that lasts until Day 26.   </p>
<p>After just one day of the very low calorie diet Chad lost over 7 pounds. Don&#8217;t worry. He was appropriately amazed. And it&#8217;s been wonderful motivation for him to stick to the rules so he can keep losing the maximum amount of weight possible. </p>
<p>Day 6 showed Chad weighing in at 234 pounds. </p>
<p>He&#8217;s lost another 1.5 pounds. Total weight loss at this point is 12 pounds (and it&#8217;s been less than one week). Since the average daily weight loss while on homeopathic HCG weight loss programs is 1 to 2 pounds per day that means that Chad is coming in on the high end when it comes to weight loss for this diet program. He&#8217;s having less cravings. He&#8217;s proud of his weight loss so far and he&#8217;s looking forward to losing more. He&#8217;s still got quite a bit more to go before he reaches his goal.  </p>
<p>Now that he is paying so much attention to serving sizes he is realizing that for a large portion of his life he had a very misconstrued idea of just what a serving size was. He feels that realizing that alone will go a long way towards helping him stick to a healthier weight once the diet is over.   </p>
<p>And that&#8217;s not the only &#8220;good habit&#8221; that Chad is noticing the homeopathic HCG weight loss program is teaching him. He feels that in learning to find, buy and prepare healthy foods on his own he&#8217;s going to be able to incorporate healthy foods into his day to day diet on a regular basis not just when it&#8217;s required by a weight loss program. </p>
<p>Chad had tea for breakfast again. He drank tons of water all day long. He had chicken atop a plate of baby spinach at lunch. And he had his fruit (an apple) in the late afternoon. For dinner he prepared a lean cut of steak (seasoned with celery salt with onions on top). Before Chad went to bed he put together an orange smoothie (HCG style) and crossed his fingers that it would help him fall asleep quickly.</p>

<p>Days one and two were loading days. These first two loading days are a necessary part of the homeopathic HCG diet. It allows time and opportunity for the homeopathic HCG to be absorbed into the system. </p>
<p>The low calorie portion of Chad&#8217;s (and every homeopathic HCG dieter&#8217;s) plan started on Day 3. And just to be totally correct&#8230;it&#8217;s not really a low calorie diet. It&#8217;s actually a very low calorie diet (VLCD). It&#8217;s tough&#8230;but as you&#8217;ll see it&#8217;s effective. </p>
<p>Chad&#8217;s weight on Day 4 was at 238 1/2 pounds. </p>
<p>The 7.5 pound drop in weight from Day 3 to Day 4 is amazing. And Chad is, rightfully, amazed! He decided after seeing the initial drop that he must have finally figured out how the celebs are able to vacillate so quickly back and forth for their different movie roles. They must have known about homeopathic HCG long before he found out about it. </p>
<p>On Day 4 Chad did his best to follow the protocol. And his best was very good. He started the day with a large cup (2 servings) of Stash herbal tea. He gave Coconut Mango Oolong a try (with a bit of Vanilla Stevia as sweetener). At lunch Chad had turkey (with appropriate seasonings) and spinach along with an apple. He had strawberries for a snack after dinner (that&#8217;s one of his hardest time periods while on the very low calorie homeopathic HCG diet). </p>
<p>He had a bit of a headache which isn&#8217;t normal. He wondered if it was related to the diet at all so he decided that he would call the support center at HCG Diet Direct and find out.  </p>
<p>Regardless of the bit of a headache and the fact that he feels hungry at bedtime&#8230;he still feels like this diet is terrific. He loves losing the weight and being able to see it come off each day.</p>
