<p>Upon waking, your body requires food rich in nutrients. A combination of three eggs without the yolks and a full glass of milk is a great start, followed by cereal with milk. This meal is high in protein and carbohydrates. The protein provides the building blocks for your muscles while the carbohydrates provide your body with the energy it needs to sustain a good workout. Eggs coincidently are a natural source of protein.</p>
<p>Before a hefty workout, I recommend a protein shake combined with fruit juice and yogurt. The protein helps your muscles to sustain during your workout while the carbohydrates assist your body in absorbing the protein as well as fuel your body for the rigorous workout.</p>
<p>After your workout, the body needs fuel. A meal of 4 pieces of bread, 3 egg whites and a protein shake is the best. The protein helps your muscles recover while promoting growth. The carbohydrates help keep your insulin levels high and white bread is easily digested. Without sufficient protein, your muscles will not grow.</p>
<p>During the mid afternoon, take a chicken breast or a piece of salmon. Remember to eat them steamed. Food can lose its nutritional values when you fry them! There are many recipes available online that tell you how to cook them to taste good without the harmful stuff.</p>

<p>Upon waking, your body requires food rich in nutrients. A combination of three eggs without the yolks and a full glass of milk is a great start, followed by cereal with milk. <p>Early in the morning when you wake up, you will need a breakfast full of nutrition to fill your hungry body with nutrients. Take 3 eggs without the egg yolks together with a cup of milk. Take some cereals together with the milk. What you have here is a combination of high protein and carbohydrate food. The protein will serve as the building blocks of your muscles while the carbohydrates will provide your body with the energy it needs to workout efficiently in the gym later on. While you are sleeping your body burns less calories, so any extra is stored as fat. <p>The Step form of aerobics cardio exercise is can usually be done to a workout with music. The bonus here of course is that you can do it with a class, or it can be done at work, and it can even be done at home where stairs are available.</p>
<p>The idea that lies behind step aerobics is just the same like all aerobics is to get the body moving and heart pumping just like as if it were going up and down stairs. At home or at class, it&#8217;s done done with either a single, double or triple step prop that lets folks copy the exact moves of stair climbing. It&#8217;s even more fun when lots of home and class workouts involve some choreography and music.</p>
<p>There are lots and lots of benefits of step aerobics. It can really help a lot with:</p>

<p>When it comes to the most important kind of exercise, it can be downright fun, too. Aerobics exercise takes on so many forms there really isnt an excuse for a person to not get involved.</p>
<p>The simplest way to define Aerobic exercise is an activity that includes large muscle groups and the cardiovascular system.  These areas move constantly and rhythmically.  It gets the blood flowing, the heart pumping and the lungs working.</p>
<p>Because of the many benefits of aerobic exercises more people should actually seek out the exercises that work best for them.  Among the many benefits of this form of exercising are reducing the risk of heart disease, lower blood pressure, increase heart health, burn calories and much more.  For people who want to build endurance as well as look and feel better aerobic exercise can be the answer.</p>
<p>Aerobics exercise can take on a whole lot of forms and still be effective. If one type doesn&#8217; t fit personal tastes, there is more than likely another that will. Examples of aerobic exercise include:</p>
<p>Speed Walking, running and jogging.  All three get your heart pumping and your legs moving.  These each work well as part of an aerobic workout routine.  Almost the entire body can get a workout if you simply add a set of arm weights.   </p>
<p>Cycling of course is a terrific way to achieve aerobic exercise.  Cycling works the heart and lungs plus the back, stomach and legs.  It can also be both an indoor and/or outdoor activity.   </p>
<p>The fat burning and cardiovascular properties of swimming care hard to top.  Not only that but when this is done with friends it can be especially exciting.</p>
<p>A fun kickboxing class is a great  workout.  Even a home based routine can be a fantastic aerobic workout.  Along with stretching and weightlifting this is a great way to work the entire body.  </p>
<p> Dancing. Many forms of dance, from jazz to tap and beyond, can provide a solid aerobics routine. This can be particularly fun when a partner is brought into the mix.</p>
<p>The list of potential aerobic exercise routines just goes on and on. From actual classes to home routines, the key is finding something thats fun and sticking with it. Whether its dancing the cha-cha or swimming laps with a friend, this form of exercise can be anything but boring.</p>
