<p>1- Bear Crawls &#8211; You would get on all four of your limbs and walk, or crawl like a bear. Perform the bear crawl for up to five minutes in order to affect the whole body. This is an important exercise you really should perform, no matter how funny you might look. 2-Spiderman Push-ups &#8211; One of the more difficult push-ups. Get into the regular push-up position, but as you lower yourself to the floor, bring your knee up to your elbow. Then go back to the regular push-up position and repeat using the other knee. Do this 10 times. 3- Lunges &#8211; Standing With Feet Together. Have your hands at your hips, with one leg, step forward into a deep lunge, but keep the other leg straight. Push yourself up and do this again using the other leg. 4- 1 Leg Squat &#8211; An Excellent Leg Exercise to Help You With Your Bodyweight. This helps you build leg strength, tolerance, better balance and agility, helping you become more stable. Stand straight and raise one leg out in front of you the best you can, then squat on the other leg until your thigh touches your calf. Then stand back up, with your leg still extended. You can hold your arms out for extra balance. If you are just starting out, attempt getting your thighs parallel to the floor. You\&#8217;ll be able to get lower as your strength increases. 5- Squats &#8211; Standing straight, squat down so your thighs touch your calves. Once you\&#8217;ve done 100 of these, you\&#8217;ll see they aren\&#8217;t as easy as they sound. 6- Opposite Elbow Touch &#8211; While in the push-up position, bend one arm 90 degrees at the elbow and touch the other arm. Go back to the push-up position and repeat using the other arm. 7- Handstand Push-ups &#8211; Get into a handstand against a wall and have your legs straight up. Look straight forward, while performing the handstand, and lower yourself until your head touches the floor then push yourself back up to where you started, remaining in the handstand position. Attempt this at least 5 times but if it\&#8217;s to hard at least attempt to hold a handstand position for about 60 seconds.</p>
<p>Those bodyweight exercises mentioned are wonderful if you are male or female.</p>
<p>If you want you can try some interval training where you do some of each exercise with nothing but a twenty second break in between. So you would do 10 \&#8217;Leg Squats\&#8217; with a 20 second breather, then 30 seconds of \&#8217;Bear Crawl\&#8217;, with a 20 second break, then 5 \&#8217;Handstand Push Ups\&#8217;, etc. Keep this up for a couple of minutes then rest for a short while, before starting again.</p>
<p>Fat will burn faster and strength builds better doing this.</p>

The day where you eat light consists of 300-400 calories. Created by Dr. John Daugirdas, it was meant to help with weight loss but not feel like they are being deprived.</p>
<p>The diet has not been completely evaluated for its effectiveness; but, anyone who has the following illnesses should not use this diet: kidney or heart disease, diabetes, eating disorders, strokes or hypertension.</p>

<p>Eat a big breakfast on normal days; but, do not eat after 7pm. Restrict the amount of sweets eaten and choose healthy foods. Do not eat too much.</p>
<p>There are recommended caloric intakes for men and women. Depending on age and activity level, men should eat&#8217;00 to 2400 calories per day while women should eat 1200 to&#8217;00 per day.</p>

<p>This is where &#8220;calorie shifting&#8221; comes in. Calorie shifting is up-shifting or down-shifting your calorie intake on a regular basis, in an attempt to &#8220;fool&#8221; your body&#8217;s metabolism from settling down at any level. This prevents any weight loss plateaus.</p>
<p>To try calorie shifting, you&#8217;ll need to have a healthy, stable diet to begin with &#8212; this shouldn&#8217;t be hard to come up with when you&#8217;re already on a special diet. After you&#8217;ve stuck to the diet for at least a month, you can then try the following steps:</p>
<p>On the first week, add 300 more calories to your diet on two equally-spaced days, such as Sunday and Wednesday. Follow your usual calorie intake on all the other days.</p>
<p>Beginning the second week, pick two other days of the week and remember to eat 500 fewer calories. Remember to follow the changes you made the previous week.</p>
<p>Following the changes made over the past two weeks, pick two more days and eat 400 calories more on those..</p>
<p>The fourth week, eat 500 less calories on Wednesday and Saturday, so you&#8217;ll eat 1,500 calories.</p>
<p>After the four weeks, return to your regular diet for the next two weeks. Afterwards, repeat the whole procedure all over again. As you go along, you&#8217;ll realize that you can break your weight plateau and keep losing weight without really starving.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s also very important to eat the right kinds of foods when you&#8217;re calorie shifting, too. Certain combinations of foods can make calorie shifting more effective, and you have to know what types of foods to combine with each other, and in what order, to help your body react to calorie shifting.</p>
<p>But remember that you&#8217;re not really barred from visiting your favorite fast food restaurant once or twice weekly. It makes the diet a lot more fun than otherwise, and the healthier items on the menu can actually help you lose more weight in the long run. With calorie shifting, you can continue losing weight without starving or exercising beyond sanity.</p>
