For some people going to the gym to workout can become a real chore. It’s not that they don’t like working out and exercising, it’s just that getting there and back can prove difficult and time consuming.
On top on this, if you take the cost of going into the equation (including gas) your talking about a lot of money each year. Now I’m not saying that you should stop working out, I’m saying that it could well be a smarter choice to buy your own home fitness machine.
I came to this conclusion quite a while ago and decided to quit going to the gym. I worked out that I would have saved a lot of money if I had done this from day one and so thought ‘better late than never’.
It literally took me no more than a couple of hours before I found the indoor rower that I wanted to buy. From reading the reviews it was getting I could see it was the best one available and bought it straight away.
When I got it about a week later, I quickly moved it to where it needed to be and gave it a go. After having used it for 15 minutes I was in love with it. It worked so well and provided such a great workout.
About 1 month later my friend who had really be taken by my new rower got his own. He too had stopped going to the gym and was tesing out my machine to see if he liked it.
He was much smarter than I was though when it came to buying stuff off the Internet. He shopped around and asked questions on forums and blogs which resulted in him buying one for hardly nothing compared to the price I paid.
I now know that you should never just point and click when buying things online. You really need to look around for the best price and see if you can snag a bargain.
