STEP ONE

Stand with your feet about 15-18 inches apart. Place your hands on your knees so you are a little bent over. RELAX!

Start slowly inhaling and then slowly exhaling … Continue doing this but gradually quicken up the pace till you are making your belly area go in and out very quickly by breathing out and in quicker. DO THIS WHILE YOU mentally COUNT TO twenty. It does not take a long time.

RELAX and then repeat the above step 2 more times.

STEP 2

Take the same position again, feet apart and hands on your knees.

This time breathe all the air you can and don’t breathe out! Don’t keel over either!

While you are in a condition of not respiring, suck your belly in for a count of 4 and then out for a count of two. Do this quickly three times. And then take a massive breath!

RELAX and repeat the above step 2 more times.

See … That wasn’t hard to do either!

STEP 3

Now comes the smash ending … Take the same position again, feet apart and hands on your knees.

This time exhale all of the air you can and hold your breath. Then suck your stomach all of the way in and hold it for the count of 20, not twenty seconds but mentally count up to twenty and then take a breath.

RELAX and repeat the above step two more times.
