Soft drinks and other similar beverages can pack on an average of 15 to 16 extra pounds a year. This is not what you want!

You can lose wight if you look at your eating and exercise as a lifestyle change instead of a diet. Set small goals and make up your mind that you are going to make healthy choices for the rest of your life. What you don’t have to do is make this harder than it is. We are talking about taking a walk, drinking water and picking heather foods to eat. This is not rocket science and you can do it.
