If you want to avoid the yo yo of losing and gaining weight then you need to look at the way you live your daily life. Are you eating the right kind of food and the right amount of food for the activity that you are doing and are you doing enough activity to burn unwanted calories. If you get this right then you will avoid diets forever.
However I guess their is no major problem in getting a help in hand with serious weight loss by using a product to aid you along the way. The key point is though to change your lifestyle along the way so that when you have got rid of the weight you wanted to that you will not put it back on again through going back to your previous lifestyle which clearly was the wrong one.
