You can start right now to lose your love handles, shed pounds, have more energy and be healthier. All these benefits will be achieved through the same easy steps. It’s not tough to lose your love handles, but it does take a conscious effort. Get active, watch what you eat and take command of your well-being today.

GET MOVING – Your initial step on the path to lose weight and get healthy is to be more active. You should be physically active for 2 hours per day. You can schedule an exercise routine or you can just do the things that need to be done around your house, such as yard work and maintenance.

Start by spending 60 minutes per day walking, hiking, biking, jogging or swimming. If you can’t start out at an hour, which many of us cannot, begin slowly by walking just ten mins each day and keep accelerating the amount till you are walking for one hour. Spending your 2nd hour doing things that must be done like raking, mopping the floor, pulling weeds, painting house, and so on. The activity needs to be physical.

If you don’t have physical activities that have to be done, you can play a sport such as tennis, volleyball, soccer, for example. If you are unable to find an activity for your second hour, you can always just walk for a second hour or work out with weights.

Clean out YOUR KITCHEN – Take a giant rubbish bag and toss out everything in your fridge, fridge and cupboards that is unhealthy or has added sugar. Throw out everything that contains high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oils, and added sugar. Also toss away products that are high in sodium, made of bleached flour and white rice. These items aren’t what you should be filling your body up with.

RESTOCK YOUR cupboard – When you look in your chiller it should be filled essentially with fruits, plants and water. You may also have yogurts, cottage cheese, and low saturated fat meats, fish and chickens. Fish is the most healthy meat you can eat, so attempt to eat it at least 3 times per week. When you look into your pantry it should be stuffed with whole grain pasta, brown rice, steel cut oats or groats, whole grain bread and rice noodles.
