When it comes to the homeopathic HCG diet there aren’t a lot of arguments. Dieters lose drastic weight. And they lose it rapidly. Dieters are actually averaging weight loss that is equal to or greater than weight loss results offered by popular surgical procedures.

One argument that is absolutely valid is the argument that there’s not a lot of enjoyment when it comes to eating while on the very low calorie diet required by the HCG protocol. The very low calorie diet (VLCD) requires dieters stick to a strict (very short) list of approved foods and to not exceed 500 calories per day.

This is a drastic leap for many. Many Americans often enjoy more than 500 calories in a single meal…or even in a single snack. So dropping down to 500 calories a day is tough. While the homeopathic HCG ensures that dieters aren’t actually “hungry” they still miss foods on an entertainment level. What helps? What helps is incorporating as many variations of yummy food combinations as possible while on the diet. In order to provide dieters with the opportunity to enjoy food while sticking to the very strict protocol reputable homeopathic HCG distributors offer recipe guides and/or cookbooks.

Recipe for: Chicken Marinara

Your Ingredients:

100 grams chicken

tomato, 1 small, diced

garlic, 2-3 cloves

1 teaspoon oregano

basil, 1 teaspoon

chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon

garlic powder, just a bit

pepper to taste

Oven should be preheated to 350 degrees. 1/2 of the diced tomatoes go in the casserole dish first. Take the chicken and sear it with garlic powder, pepper and salt (1 to 2 minutes on each side). Place the chicken on your tomatoes in the dish. Top it with minced garlic. Take the remaining tomatoes and toss them in a bowl with the oregano, basil, chili powder and pepper. Place the entire mixture on the chicken in your dish. Cover it tightly with a lid or with foil. Cook it for 45 to 60 minutes until cooked through.
