Honestly when is the last time you seen a kid outside playing. Its very rare to be the least.

With obesity there is an increased risk of developing diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure. Even cancers such as colon, breast or prostate cancer. Obesity is linked to mental health conditions like having a low self esteem, shameful feelings and even depression. Health experts say that even losing ten to fifteen percent of your body weight can dramatically decrease people from developing these serious conditions. In addition, several obese people are discriminated against and targets of insults and various verbal abuse.

Within the United States we have to many cases of people dying every year as a result of obesity and we are seeing more and more people turning into diabetics because of obesity. Who do we tend to hold accountable? The individuals that make foods that are not healthy for us to eat? That is one way to look at it but we do not have to eat the unhealthy food. Of course, it might not presumably be our fault as a result of we currently live in a terribly nation where no one takes responsibility for themselves anymore.

Its time for each and everyone of us to hold our eating habits and behaviors accountable. In our current economy its much easier on the wallet to eat at the many fast food restaurants that is so readily available to us. We have to take different measures to ensure we live healthy and for a long time. Put together meals. Eat leftovers. Make a sandwich. Do anything but eat at fast food restaurants. Get the daily amount of exercise. At least 1 hour a day. Make your kids shut off the machines and get outside and play.
