There are many different strategies out there today for losing weight – it can be so confusing for people who struggle with their weight.
Low carb or low fat?
Some plans say to cut a meal or two out, but others say eat more meals daily.
Some say simply exercising more is the key, while others say just make some changes in diet or add some pills to help lose weight.
Exercise using weights or aerobics?
Some of the latest research is showing that there may be other factors at play, besides just the above areas of which foods to eat, how to exercise, and good supplements to take.
Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst has studied this field extensively, and has now released a report showing that many of the typical foods we eat cause problems in our digestive tract that makes losing weight a losing battle for many people.
One such problem is deposits of harmful plaque, and another is harmful parasites. Both these issues make it increasingly difficult to maintain good health and a proper body weight, over time.
The research also is showing that once these stomach and colon issues are resolved, weight loss becomes much easier to deal with.
There is no “magic pill” when it comes to weight loss, but there are solid facts.
We still need to watch what we eat, especially when it comes to certain starchy foods.
I think everyone agrees that exercise is still important, too.
These exercise and food choices won’t be effective, however, till we deal with any digestive issues as discussed above.
