I found the Truth About Abs because I was looking for way to get a six pack. At the time I was putting in a lot of effort, but never getting the results I felt I deserved. I was working out 5 days a week (sometimes twice a day!) and eating as little as I possibly could.

Program Features: The Exercises
Exercises that zone in on single muscle groups (e.g. bicep curls, tricep extensions, leg extension machines) burn relatively few calories during and after each workout.
And this means you burn less fat! But there is a way around this problem. By focusing on exercises that work several muscle groups at a time you can be much more efficient.
Multi-joint exercises are so effective because they burn more calories during each workout. And not to mention the fact that they burn loads more calories after each workout. So you’ll be burning fat for up to 2 days after each visit to the gym!

Most diets restrict your calorie intake too far. This puts your body into starvation mode, meaning that when you do eat your body wants to store as many calories as possible because it doesn’t know when it will eat again.
On top of that there is the problem that most “diet”, “health” or processed low fat foods are loaded with processed sugars. These pesky things will expand your waste line like nothing else. Did you know that these are actually much more unhealthy than natural, fatty foods?
