If you shoot for too much, too soon, it’s easy to get discouraged. Many people find their willpower vanishes after only a couple of weeks of high intensity workouts on a daily basis.

So the first trick is to simply start slow. Take whatever level of activity that you would like, if it were easy, and make that your goal for six months from now. And start today so you will achieve your goal in six months. The human mind body system is very complicated, and takes a long time to get used to new things. You need to give yourself time to get used to a new exercise routine.
