The truth is. There’s this gigantic.. i mean humongous.. extremely vast misconception surrounding this so called 30 minutes of physical activity 3 times a week business. Just about every person is led to believe that If you workout for 30 minutes, 3 times a week your going to become slim and live a healthy lifestyle. Which in no way is wrong except if you wish to loose your preferred weight target in the next 20 years!!

The point I’m trying to make in this case is that low intensity workout sessions at 30 – 45 minutes per pop does absolutly zilch if you are aiming to loose weight fairly quickly. I mean if you are looking for a way to loose body fat slowly then by all means carry on doing what your doing but most people just want to lose weight fast!

Wouldn’t It be amazing if you could literally just loose 4x as much weight in essentially half the time?

Without a doubt it would. You’d be a fool to say no!

The truth is you can do that!

Its called Interval Training or also known as High Intensity Interval Training (H.I. I.T). It truly is without a doubt the most effective way for you to slim down. Additionally, when coupled with foods that burn belly fat your weight loss ambitions will soon materialize.

Okay so what is Interval Training?

Interval training is a method of exercising that requires relatively brief bursts of “extremely intense” exercise, followed by “recovery” periods. (These “recovery” intervals tend not to, however, demand supportive gatherings in church basements, lousy coffee, or turning anything over to a higher power.) Just gasping for fresh air and cursing.

Think you will need to bring your favorite paperback along with you to read while you train? Think again. Interval Training takes absolutely no prisoners. If you want to read a book, go to a library.

Okay so to get going your best bet is to warm up for about 5 to 10 minutes just to reduce the risk of any injuries. You may use what ever piece of equipment you prefer. Personally, I prefer to use the rowing machine. Its just the thing for an all-round workout. However, you may use the bike or the running machine its up to you.

After this you go all out and give it everything you’ve got for about 30 seconds or thereabouts based on your own level of fitness.

Then you can relax for 30 seconds and do this again until you physically cant do any more.

And what you will discover after a while providing you remain consistent is that you will quickly realize your fat literally start melting from you plus your physical fitness levels will be off the chain!

Interval Training is used each day by world class basketball players and other athletes all over the world! (it’s no wonder that they have such tiny body fat percentages)

Plus just incase you thought I was making this stuff up.. There are many studies that show high intensity workouts in as little as 20 minutes can be more effective than a 2 hour low-to-moderate workout such as a jog!
