Lose 20 Pounds In One Month

Do you need to lose 20 pounds in a month? Certainly you are not alone in this particular goal. Is a wedding…is it YOUR wedding? That is certainly what is was for me. It is a good thing to want to look good and feel better about yourself. How about if you could lose 15 pounds fast…or 10 pounds in 2 weeks. how would that be?

Whatever the reason, know that thousands of people will be starting diets this week. Some will try the Beach diet, some will jump on the low carbohydrate or low fat bandwagons. Then there are those hopeless souls that think they can lose weight fast by consuming nothing but grapefruits. Guess what? They don’t work. But you probably already know this. Even if you do lose weight, chances are it’s going come right back on, maybe with a bonus.

And if you try to starve yourself thin you will end up walking around hungry trying to will yourself to self discipline. Sounds like a recipe for misery to me. Or you will hide in your car with some oat hull burger that tastes like sawdust…but it’s good for you. Yeah, right. Pass the soy mayo please.

You’ve probably heard the jokes, like calories don’t count if you eat standing up. But when your guilty conscience slaps you don’t who will be laughing then? Jump back on the diet hamster whee.l

We both know these fad diets don’t work. Let’s look a little closer at them.

These low fat foods have been around a long time and it looks to me like there are still plenty of people who are overweight. Just look at our public schools, kids are fat. And the idea of giving up all your favorite food and going completely low calorie is a rotten idea. Everything that allows you to efficiently burn fat gets shut down from a lack of calories. You know what happens then-dieter’s plateau. This low carb fad has people like us stuffing our mouths with meat and fat while completely neglecting the much needed (for fuel) starches.

It is pretty simple actually. If you knew exactly what to eat and when to eat it you could stimulate your metabolism so that you burned those calories instead of storing them in your butt and belly. Most people don’t realize how the types of food they combine together can have a huge impact on fat reduction.

It is a simple task to lose 20 pounds in a month once you know the correct method for doing so. I’m here to give you this information so that you will know how to lose 20 pound in a month…or less.
