Although coffee enema is not a popular cleansing and detoxification method, it has been around since 1917 and was started by Dr. Max Gerson. Coffee enema is different from saline enema due to the caffeine and many substances in coffee that could stimulate the liver and speed up the detoxification process. If you follow a step by step instruction, you can make your own coffee enema or by yourself. This method doesnt require any supervision by specialist nor therapist. Heres a simple guide to make your own coffee enema at home:

Firstly, you need to start preparing all the materials that are required. The materials for coffee enema are a reusable enema kit, organic coffee powder, jug, pot and purified water. If you cant find organic coffee, choose a good coffee powder that hasnt been decaffeinated. Jug must be large enough to contain 1.5 litre of liquid and pot is used to cook the coffee. If you dont have purified water, filter the water and boil it. For pot, you can choose a normal one or a french press pot.

Mix 2 teaspoons of coffee powder with 3 cups of water or more (up to you) in the pot. Boil it for 10 minutes. After boiling it, pour some cool water which is purified or filtered into the jug and strain the coffee youve cooked with a fine strainer. Add more water to make sure the coffee reaches 1.5 litres. Use your hand to touch the coffee to make sure the temperature of the coffee is almost the same as the temperature of your body. It is important not to use hot liquid to do coffee enema. Next, pour it into the enema bag and hang it at the toilets door knob or something that is around that height.

Open the clamp to release some coffee out from the tube. This step is important to make sure no air is in the tube. Put some olive oil at the end of the tube and insert 2 or 3 inches into your anus. Lie down on the floor with your right side facing the ground. You can lay a mat if your toilet is dirty too. Open the clamp and start releasing the coffee into your body. Hold it for 10 minutes and go to the toilet bowl and release everything out.

If you cant hold the whole bag of coffee or cant hold it for 10 minutes, dont force yourself to do so, just pull out the tube and release everything. If you still have coffee in your enema bag, go back and finish the rest. When you see liquid stools that smell horrible and black in color, youre done. Thats definitely not the smell of coffee. It might be wastes and toxins that accumulated in your body for many years.

Youll enjoy your coffee enema if you follow the guide. Dont forget to read more safety instructions and information about coffee enema.
