Many women spend lots of months and lots of money on weight loss and see no change in arm fat percentage. Other women don\’t spend any time or money on weight loss and see a decrease in arm fat percentage. How can this happen?
There are various things that need to be manipulated in order for the arm flab to come off at an accelerated rate. This article will focus on exercise, nutrition, supplementation and advanced techniques.

So here are four rules to follow for arm fat success:
1. Mix and match from 4 food groups. All your meals should have a vegetable, protein, fat and carbohydrate source in them. This is the best way to handle your nutrition. And make sure to keep saturated fat intake low as it messes up carbohydrate metabolism. If you want the fastest results possible only eat legumes (i.e., beans) as your carbohydrate source.
2. Cycle your carbohydrate intake. On the days that you are exercising, maintain carbohydrate consumption. On the days that you aren\’t, lower carbohydrate consumption. A little experimentation will be needed here to find the appropriate amounts. This is the most powerful technique of them all!
3. Target all 3 types of muscle fibers in your arm. Most women are under the false impression that using lighter weights with higher repetitions is the best way to get toned arms. In reality, you need to use light, medium and heavy weights so that ALL the muscle fibers in your arm get worked. Anything less and your results will slow down.
4. Right after working out have a liquid meal. Doing this will accelerate the arm toning process. For 20 minutes after your workout, your arms enter a hyper-absorbent state towards nutrients. Getting nutrients to your arms as soon as possible will get you sexy arms in no time.
Follow these arm fat rules and you\’ll be well on your way to sexy arm stardom. As long as you don\’t let the days go by without taking action, you will be successful.
One more thing: these rules aren\’t set in stone. They should be viewed as starting points for further experimentation. After all, each body will react differently.
