The ultimate end goal is to constantly be burning fat off your body, even while you sleep. This can basically only be done by exercises that increase your metabolic rate. Only food can’t help you here, even though we all wished it could.
So at the end of the day your body is fully activated to burn as much fat as possible. With a good solid diet and the high intense interval training you are guaranteed to start seeing your weigh fall off. And yes, that’s basically the two main factors that really matter when it comes to burning fat, diet and exercise. A few other important factors are water, and sleep, but they come secondary.
