With ever increasing rates of cancer, now more than ever, your cellular health is vitally important. You see, having healthy cells will impact your quality of life in all areas.
Unfortunately, a lot of what you may be doing day in and day out could be reducing the health of your cells. Not to mention that modern day toxic environments place additional stress on cellular health.
So, here is how to make your cells healthy and powerful again:
1. Take some aspirin: Inflammation is a leading cause of poor cellular health. And taking some aspirin is an extremely quick way to reduce said inflammation. The best part is that it’s so easy to take. Just make sure you have a tall glass of water with your aspirin to prevent any stomach issues.
2. Have some sunshine vitamin: Vitamin D is within your body, but it’s mostly inactive. You need sunlight to trigger it into action. The bad news here is that you are most likely not getting enough sunlight. One way around this if getting outside isn’t an option, is to take Vitamin D in supplemental form.
3. Have some monounsaturated fat: Monounsaturated fat has been shown to reduce inflammation, your cells worst enemy. Now one of the best sources of this super healthy fat is olive oil. The key here is to not get caught up with all the marketing hype and simply start incorporating olive oil into your daily diet.
4. Steep some tea: Again, not all teas are created equal. Your best bet here is to have some loose leaf teas so that you can get additional antioxidants in your diet. You see, loose leaf teas are much better than bagged tea because the tea leaves are better preserved.
Don’t think you are doomed because of subpar genetics or a subpar environment. No matter how toxic your living situation, your behaviors will have the most control over your health.
The key here is to take action on this information sooner rather than later. After all, if you wait too long, results will stop coming.
