Simply breaking down fat cells is not enough to maximize fat loss. You see, fat cells aren\’t burned at the same location where they are disassembled.

So here is how to lose more weight by increasing blood flow:
1. Directly work your heart: Cardiovascular exercise is the most efficient way to work your heart. But you have to be careful because if you go overboard, you could age your body and joints. So don\’t just lift weights to get in shape, add in some high intensity cardio. Or, you could create a hybrid of weight lifting and cardio.
2. Track progress: You should consider tracking the progress you make with regards to blood flow. Blood cholesterol levels and heart rate are two great parameters to begin tracking. Both indicate how healthy your blood flows throughout your body.
3. Watch your emotions: The research is clear here-emotions aren\’t just in your head. In fact, your emotional state migrates to your entire body in the form of hormonal secretions and decreased immunity. Thus, you have to learn how to manage anger, hostility, stress and depression. All of these can decrease your ability to maintain healthy arteries.
4. Eat for better circulation: Food has a major impact on how well you can circulate blood. So stay away from sugar, saturated fat and trans fat. And eat more nuts, olive oil, wild fish and flavonoids. My favorite source of flavonoids is loose leaf green tea. Now please do not underestimate the power of food here.
5. Sleep well every night: Just because you are in bed for a long time doesn\’t mean you are getting high quality sleep. And low quality sleep wreaks havoc on your circulatory system. Although the research isn\’t quite clear as to why this happens.
More blood flow translates into more fat loss, there is no doubt here. So take advantage of this advice today, don\’t wait to act! You see, if you wait too long, you will forget what you have learned.
