Most of us are aware of the fact that workouts are very much essential for us. I am sure that you also are aware of this. But we also know that most of us are having a very busy schedule with our job and family responsibilities. We usually decide doing our exercises daily but at the end of the day when we are back from our job most of us simply end up watching our favorite television show or sometimes chatting to our friends online on MSN or even Orkut. You need to believe me that this is just the routine for most of us as we just don’t get enough time during the day to speak to our friends.

We know that exercises surely do take a lot of efforts so we just need to start with little on daily basis, as it won’t be hard and we will never feel like quitting as we may feel great. Most of the doctors also feel that exercising around 30 minutes a day is sufficient, so even if you can’t do that much you can start slow and try building up later on. You need to keep in mind that doing little is at least better than doing nothing.

Try doing 15 minutes at least twice a day as this certainly can add years to your life. So trying to begin at a slow pace may also allow you to become physically fit and this may not even strain your body much. Try doing the best for yourself but always keep in mind not to over-do things as it definitely can lead to paining body. You need to keep in mind that you are not posing for a race it will just help you develop a habit so that you can sustain a lifetime of perfect health for yourself.

You just have to try to build slowly. If you have not exercised for a long time then you can simply start by walking for 5 minutes daily and then try to increase for around 2 to 3 minutes weekly. This would be good for you in later stages of your life. So if you are concerned about you health, then try to contact your physician as he will guide you with the right type of exercise you have to do.

One can also try doing lots of aerobic, strength training and stretching exercises in their daily routine. It generally will help them to stay healthy and physically fit. Aerobics will help in improving cardio vascular problems as it maintains healthy blood circulation, maintains your stamina and decreases your cholesterol level in your heart. One should at least try to do around 3 to 5 minutes of aerobics on a daily basis. You just have to maintain duration of around 20 minutes on weekly basis.

You can start with strength training like weight lifting and yoga for around 10 to 20 minutes a day. It certainly will improve your metabolism and resistance of your body and will also help shape your body. It will help you walk with more grace. Stretching exercise will generally help lubricating your joints. It certainly helps with the ability of your body to respond. You can perform these exercises for around 3 – 5 minutes on daily basis.
