A Worthy Piece Of Advice For You If You’re Dieting

There’s nothing worse than staying overweight despite all the weight-loss programs I got myself into. It’s been years now since I first noticed the unwanted pounds and recently I began writing about it through my very own blog about losing weight. The idea came from something I’ve read, telling that I could benefit from creating a weight-loss journal.

I considered the idea because nothing is at stake. I might as well give it a try especially since I’m having a hard finding the extra push I need to get things done and shed the pounds I have to get rid off. In fact, the only thing I might ever regret is that I have to give up the couch potato life of being in front of the TV because I need to work on my blog.

Here’s what’s exciting about it: keeping a blog about your efforts to lose weight through diet and workout will benefit your cause. How? That’s simple. The mere fact that you are tracking down the progress of your current weight loss program through a blog is already doing you good. In fact, I myself write about my food intake in each of the blogs I have with all truthfulness.

Strange as it may sound, keeping a blog that discusses your weight loss gives a feeling that one is accountable for his actions. Knowing that the people around you have expectations, for sure you don’t want to disappoint them. Gradually, your blog has started to play a big role in helping you lose weight and at the same time, it serves as a documentation of your efforts.

Suddenly, things begin to fall into place, thanks to my improved habits in dieting and working out. It may have been two months before the changes start to occur, but noticeable decrease of my waistline is sure worth the wait.

I have my blog to thank for it. At the same time, it made me happy to know that I have readers following my blog entries regularly. They even encourage me throughout the arduous process.

But it doesn’t end there. Tell you what, a month after I started, I got paid for writing blog entries about my weight loss. Simply put, earning money while blogging is not a bad idea at all.

So not only did I lose weight with a blog, but I was making another $20 per month from talking about how to lose weight and writing reviews on different foods and diets I was trying to help me lose weight fast.
