Have you been steadily losing weight and then just short of your goal, nothing? Don\’t worry, there are answers! Many people experience this same problem in their quest for their goal weight. There are many things you can do to get back on track.
Number one, don\’t fret! Worrying will damage your spiritual health and will not speed up your weight loss at all. One easy, free thing to speed up the metabolism is to get moving!It can be as simple as briskly walking around the block. Instead of the elevator, use the stairs. Don\’t always look for the simplest way to do something. The more energy you can use the the more weight you will lose.
If you are feeling very motivated start weight training. You can start with small dumbbells. Start slow , try some bicep curls and shoulder presses to start. Muscles burns more calories than fat so the more you build the easier it will be to maintain weight loss.
Third, it should be first because it is that important. Drink water! You should be drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water a day for hydration. For example if you are 100lbs, drink 50 ounces of water daily. None of the systems in the body can work properly without enough water. Also, often times when we think we are hungry we are really thirsty. If you make sure you do not become dehydrated you will not eat when you are really just thirsty .
The fourth tip is not free but in my opinion it is well worth it. Cleansing the body on a cellular level. It is a known fact that our bodies are polluted by environmental toxins on a daily basis. These toxins along with other chemicals we are exposed to have a terrible effect on the body. The functioning of the body becomes impaired by these toxins. Another problem is eating meat and fast food which clog the body up with fats and other additive that the body has no use for at all. Cellular cleansing will help get rid of these toxins.
The body has it\’s own way of protecting itself from toxins. What it does is coats the toxins in fat in an effort to protect the internal organs from these toxins. The body thinks it is helping but in reality it is just making us fatter. With cellular cleansing, this fat is removed from the body.
We know if you try any of these on the list you should see an increase in weight loss. Water is the number on important item on the list that you should be doing even if you have no weight to lose. Exercise should also be done three or four times a week. Ease into it and consult your physician before starting any exercise routine. If Doc says OK, check your cable channels for free classes!
Cellular cleansing will help speed weight loss in our experience, although you should ask that your doctor monitor you especially if you have health problems. If you can afford to, have your blood drawn before and then after six months of cleansing. I think you will be surprised! Whatever you do, be kind to yourself. You are beautiful however you are at this moment. Be sure to honor your body and your spirit everyday!
