HCG Dieting And Dessert…Can The Two Go Hand In Hand?

The Strawberry Shortcake recipe serves one

The ingredients listed are: 2 drops of Stevia (vanilla creme is best), sliced strawberries, and plain Melba Toast

Recipe: Put one drop of Vanilla Creme Stevia on the plain Melba Toast. Place a layer of sliced strawberries on top. Then finish it off with one more drop of Vanilla Creme Stevia.

Ingredients: strawberries, 1 tablespoon milk, 2-4 drops of vanilla creme stevia, 1 packet of dry stevia

Recipe: Slice up the strawberries and put them in a small sized bowl. Add the milk and Stevia (both types). Toss it all together and serve it.

Strawberry/Orange Smoothie, 1 serving

Ingredients: 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries, 1/2 and orange or 1/3 cup of orange juice (actual orange juice not concentrate), 3/4 cup crushed ice, 1/2 dropper or 1 packet of stevia (any flavor), 1 handful of frozen spinach leaves (optional)

Recipe: Blend everything together in the blender and blend it until it’s smooth. Pour and serve.
