It\’s day 19 on my HCG Diet. I\’ve lost another pound. It\’s like an amazing game that I\’m winning. Every day I follow the rules and then I lose more weight. It\’s just lovely. It\’s exactly how a weight loss program is supposed to work!
This morning I got on the scale a bit later than I normally do. I figure it\’s alright though because I hadn\’t eaten anything yet. My daughter was sick in the night so it threw me off my morning schedule.
But I lost a pound so I guess it didn\’t matter. I\’m at 154 pounds down from 155. In my 19 days on the diet I\’ve lost 17 pounds. That\’s a pretty fantastic result, I think. I\’m very close to the average 1 to 2 pounds per day weight loss. Men are the actual recipients of the higher weight loss averages, dang it! So I feel like I\’m doing quite well.
HCG Diet Direct reviews that I ran across while surfing the Internet indicate that I\’m not the only one pleased with my results. I definitely think I should leave a couple HCG Diet Direct reviews of my own, though. It\’s the least I can do.
I am getting to be pretty savvy at preparing healthy foods in my own kitchen. I know how to make healthy easy and I know how to make it good. I\’m starting to depend on healthy options rather than the easy, but very unhealthy options that are all over the place in our day to day lives. As an example…I had leftover lean steak for lunch along with grapefruit and Melbas.
At dinner I had Buffalo Chicken salad (it\’s a recipe found in the HCG Diet Direct cookbook). I also had Melba Toasts and an apple. That\’s another thing…HCG Diet Direct reviews should definitely point out the cookbook. It\’s amazing!
