It seems every time we turn on the TV or the radio there is another ad for some sure cure to fat. The truth is in order to fuel fat burning weight loss you cannot take a pill that turns all your fat into lean muscle. It would be wonderful if there was but truth is if you want to lose weight and burn fat there is certain things you need to do. There are ways to burn fat and induce weight lose and there are some great fat burning weight loss tips.

This does not mean that it is impossible to lose weight and that you are stuck in your current condition. What you need to do to motivate YOUR BODY to assist you in fat burning weight loss is to change your habits. You cannot continue to do what you are doing and expect to see a change, that is lunacy.

Ok so there is no pill and you have to encourage your body to create fat burning weight loss. How do you do that? Cutting fat doesn’t seem to work; in fact replacing fat with carbs is actually going to work in reverse.

One of the first items we should look at is Milk and dairy. This will probably be hard, most of us love cheese. If we listen to the Dairy industry we will substitute regular milk for low fat 2% or even 1% milk. Truth is this is not enough if you are serious about fat burning weight loss. Even 1% milk is 70% by calorie. By reducing or eliminating dairy products you can generate fat burning weight loss.

Ok so as a kid we were told that we should drink plenty of milk to grow big and strong and now we are being told that we should cut milk and dairy out of our diet. Isn’t this contradictory? Can both things be correct or were we told wrong as a child?

While reducing your dairy intake you need to increase your fat intake. Remember those good fats we just discussed well now we need to find out what these are and how to add them to our diet. What we want to add to our diet is essential fatty acids. These acids are necessary for your body to function in a healthy way. Fatty acids improve the immune system and therefore strengthen the heart and a vital to hair, skin and fingernail care.

Essential fatty acids help convert calories into fuel. In fact Fatty acids keep us slim. This may not sound correct but cut back or eliminate dairy products and increase the amount of essential fatty acids you consume for two weeks and see if you don’t lose weight.
