You have to do some exercise to burn off calories and increase your metabolism. It\’s as simple as taking a fast walk, say for half an hour three times a week – more if you can manage it. Don\’t use winter weather as an excuse – go to the mall and walk while you window shop! Remember, walking also exercises your heart.
