Instead of parking right next to the entrance of your office, why not park further away and get some walking done while en route to your workplace? This way you get to elevate your heart rate and in the long run it will be beneficial to your heart and body.
- Find a gym nearby – Joining a gym nearby your office will give you the option to actually workout during the long lunch breaks, and also you can opt to go the gym instead of going home and avoid the traffic rush.
-Cut down on TV time – If you really have to watch your favourite show, you can either have it recorded or watch the re runs, truth is you’ll be better off without it and with the workout time.
