Why shouldn\’t you be obese? For one its not very healthy, nor is it very comfortable for many. There\’s tons of different body types in the world, which some people are in fact big boned and have full body types because of their genetic makeup and is alright as long as they are suppose to have that body type. It\’s when some of these people get much bigger then what their genetics are suppose to be and so it makes it more difficult for them to lose weight quickly because of the lifestyle they live. Should it be this way? I answer no, but just in my speculation.
Human beings ever since old times have a plan in life to accomplish. Some are suppose to be lean for hunting and finding a meal, while others have a somewhat bigger body type with a bit more laid back metabolism so that when they don\’t have food for a day or so, the body will still feed itself so that it won\’t starve to death. This association we now live in is much different then we\’ve ever seen. Theirs lots of food so we never go hungry, and the way for us to make a living for the minority do not get the exercise that\’s needed and they couldn\’t lose weight quickly even if they required to.
In this period in time, income makes the world go around. Without having money, you can not live a regular life. In America money to people means more then anything and a lot of people will do almost anything for it. I never said \”all\” but just the majority think this way. It\’s a good way to think because without it, it makes it almost impossible to raise a family and eat every day and lots more! So basically cash is a necessity. But what about those who have let there body go from a normal size to to big? I say you should lose weight quickly because its not good on your body. What\’s more important then money? I answer your life.

For the most part, lots don\’t have a lot of money, and we don\’t really know what\’s in the meal were purchasing which just gives us every reason to buy it because your taste buds think its so great. Even though the taste is good you still have to understand what it is that your digesting for this is your life were talking about. This is not how you would lose weight quickly if you haven\’t came that period yet. Feed your body something that it would be use to. After your taste buds are done with it and after you done with the food, just think about how well your insides are breaking down these foods that are concealed to us.
Some ingredients are not good that are being persuaded to buy from the store these days. Like I had said above, just because you can locate food at the store does not mean its harmless to consume. Studies of these products have shown that some of these compounds help develop diseases and other read bad diseases. I\’m not trying to scare whoever is reading this, I\’m just trying to get the word out there if you are inspired in how to lose weight quickly buying products from stores that have ingredients that are not good for you is not the way to go. A awesome exercise program, a diet, and positive thoughts is just about all you need to become a healthy person to live a long great life.
