Do you have any old pictures of yourself back when you were young and skinny? Apha brain wave thinking can help turn those old pictures into current reality. In this first part of three articles, you will learn to lower your brain wave frequency, tap into the resources of your deeper mind, and program yourself to lose weight fast.

Some people think they can’t visualize. I say they can. Anyone who worries about the future is in effect, visualizing over and over. Regretting the past is another example where we play the same old videos over and over in our mind. You are going to learn how to use this powerful tool to become fitter and lose those unwanted inches.

The first step to using visualization as a powerful tool is for you to learn how to trigger the Alpha brain wave state, at will. You have the ability to lower your brain wave frequency down to 8 hertz/second simply by mimicking the dream state. Waking consciousness, or Beta, is 14 to 30 hertz/second. At 8 hertz/second, you will be able to speak clearly and directly to your subconscious mind, and program it for success.

You can quickly and easily go to Alpha whenever you want by following these very simple steps. As you look straight ahead, move your eyes above the horizon by 15 or 20 degrees. Close your eyelids softly. This will create rapid eye movement, the same thing that occurs during sleep.

In the beginning, it takes more time for the mind to relax. Take a few deep breaths and be still and quiet. Each time you practice this simple technique, you will go deeper into Alpha and it will take less time. You will be using this deeper level of mind for positive self programming and one of the ways to accomplish this is to speak in the language of the subconscious mind.

Your deeper mind uses pictures for its words and sentences. You must use pictures to tell your subconscious mind what you want materialized. In turn, it will work for you around the clock, helping you to overcome obstacles and to reach your goals in the best possible way, to lose weight healthfully, rapidly, and permanently.

In the next article of this series, you will develop you visualization skill. You will then learn to use this skill to clearly communicate with your subconscious mind, programming it to make you into your new trimmer, fitter self. The deep programming of your mind will make your weight loss and exercise regime seem almost effortless.
