My Diet
It is definitely possible to lose a lot of weight. I know this because I lost 44 pounds in 4 months and did it differently to most people.
First, I started to listen to my body and its hunger. Nowadays I stop eating when I am no longer hungry and I eat only when I feel hungry. Sounds simple and it really is.
Secondly, I now eat better than I used to. I get a good breakfast every morning consisting of low GI foods and fruit. I’m no health freak though and I can still eat junk food whenever I feel like it.
