Exercise For Love Handles – You’ll Have No Luck With Side Bends

There’s an awful lot of stuff on the internet that will show you how to get stubborn fat off your love handles. Sadly most of it’s just fluff & rubbish. Designed to sell you some crap diet or some pills.

The usual suspect in the exercise for love handle category is the good old side bend. Grab a broom handle & hold it high, then bend from side to side. I wish! You can do side bends all you like but they won’t work.

They rarely work because you are trying to target just one small place. This is very difficult if not impossible. You’ll get a lot of know it alls telling you they do indeed work. Of course they work, but only when they are part of a complete system. Not just targeting one place.

You will lose flab from your love handles if you incorporate the side bends with an all round workout. If you have a healthy diet as well as a good workout system you’ll see far better results. It’s a well known (but ignored) fact that to lose flab you simply need to consume less energy than you burn off.

To consume energy simply means to eat food. To burn energy off you simply have to do something that is active. Exercise usually. Any form of activity will burn energy off. This is basically what exercise is.

Any of these will do … Swimming, jogging, cycling, walking, and making love even! Any type of exercise is good for you. No exercise is bad for you. The reason why people are getting fatter is they do not burn off the calories that they eat.

Doing exercise for love handles will not work unless you have an all round workout. I’m a naturally lazy person so I tend to go swimming a lot. It’s a great non impact all round exercise. If you can get to a swimming pool you should. It’s gentle and has great benefits for you.

I dislike jogging and the like. I see no reason to pay for a slim figure with wrecked knee joints. I believe the guy who brought us jogging keeled over & died while out jogging. His body being found by two smokers passing by. There’s irony for ya!

If it’s time you took action on your weight & lifestyle you need to get an all round system that you can work with.
