Love (or hate) handles, what are they, and what exercise for love handles can you do that will show results?
Love handles are lumps of fatty tissue that seem to grow at the side of our waists. They are actually our oblique muscles.
Also known as middle age spread as they seem to be very popular among the “slightly” older generation.
Is it possible to rid them with exercise? Well yes but you have to do it right. If you were to concentrate on them only you would make little progress.
Doing lots of exercise for love handles and nothing else will see you very disappointed. You must put the exercise into an all round system to get the results you want.
A good all round system will see you having to exercise for the bare minimum and not having to forego decent meals. With a system that will teach you and then put you through simple steps each day you will get the result you want without killing yourself.
I’m (like most people) a lazy person at heart. I’m at a point now where I need only do a few little maintenance exercise routines.
It’s so important knowing what to do and what not to do. It’s even more important knowing why, and this is the key to getting it right.
Ever crave a burger and wonder how much fat? How many calories? If you knew all this info you can make that decision much easier.
If you can make a knowledgeable decision on that burger you can easily decide against it. I didn’t even think yes or no; I was having it, period. Now I can easily refuse all sorts of mouth watering foods.
Having said that, there’s nothing like a decent sized burger loaded with extras. But the range of foods available to us that are as tasty and not harmful is immense. You just gotta know what they are.
An effective exercise for love handles is the side bend. Hold a broom handle above your head, lean left, lean right, rinse and repeat. Simplicity itself.
I only do a few now and then because my general system keeps me trim enough to not worry about individual areas.
I get to eat as much as I want and I get to exercise as little as I want. I create my individual meal plans with an online diet generator.
I never worry about meals any more. Whether I’m eating healthily or not. Whether it’s enough or too little. I spend about 5 minutes clicking the mouse and I’m ready to go. You should give it a go.
