Are you feeling a little lost on your “how to get rid of arm fat” quest? I used to be in the same situation.

The good news is that if you read all my reviews on arm exercises for women, you’ll know more than 99% of the population! Seriously.

Why am I going to do this? Because I don’t think women shouldn’t have to spend so much time figuring out what is best for their arms.

Now figuring out how to get rid of arm fat with the best exercises can be very tricky. One reason for this is all the bad information out there. So today I will be reviewing the classic barbell curl:

1. Snap-shot: This is a great exercise for your biceps because it works them through their entire range of motion. Few exercises do this.

2. Technique: Grasp a barbell with an underhand grip. Stand straight up with hands at about shoulder width. Suck in your belly button for spinal stability. Breathe out and bring the barbell up. Breathe in and lower the barbell.

3. Frequent errors. Not keeping the body’s weight on the heel of the foot. Jerking the wrists upwards when raising the barbell. And pulling backwards during the middle portion of the movement.

4. To do or not to do. I give this exercise a big thumbs up. I would even call it a perfect exercise if it weren’t for the potential strain it can put on the wrists and the challenge of maintaining perfect form when doing it.

Discovering how to get rid of arm fat doesn’t have to be an all out war. It’s much easier than you think. Your best ally is education because the more you know the faster you’ll get results. And look out for my next review of arm exercises for women!
