People don’t like talking about constipation, after all there are other topics worth discussing during a social conversation. There are some folks who think they should not even bother their doctors with such a minor complaint.

A family member suffered constipation for many years before he finally sought medical attention. Fortunately for him, he was able to find a good constipation treatment and is now maintaining a healthy routine to prevent constipation from coming back. One reason why his problem lasted for such a long time was that he failed to recognize the symptoms he had, as constipation.

What many people do not know is that the symptoms of constipation vary from one individual to the next.

My relative suffered from chronic discomfort and infrequent bowel movements. He did not have hard stools thus did not have to strain during defecation. It certainly looked like a confusing situation as there were not enough symptoms to convince him that he was indeed constipated. Because the symptoms manifest themselves differently among individuals, it is difficult to identify specific ones.

The best thing to do if you are experiencing any of the symptoms associated with constipation, is to see a doctor. Next best thing is to find the effective colon cleanser to effectively cleanse your colon.

The more common symptoms of constipation are: infrequent bowel movements, abdominal pain, straining during elimination, dry or hard stools, bloating, painful bowel movements, and/or nausea and vomiting.

Do you know that diarrhea and watery stools can also be symptoms of constipation? A blockage in the system only allows the liquid waste to pass with the formed stools stuck somewhere in your colon or intestine.

Being constipated is a serious matter. Whatever symptoms you are struggling with, try to find a more natural cure to your problem. Commercial laxatives are not always the best answer. There are natural and safe alternatives that can not only give you relief but keep solve constipation away for good.
