This colon cleanse review will look specifically at the product Power Colon Cleanse. It appears to be somewhat a new product on the market, and is likely to be advertised more as time goes on. As with all my reviews, I’ll first look at the ingredients of the product and then look more into the company’s business practices.

The Power Colon Cleanse website actually provides very little information at all about the actual product. They don’t even supply a list of ingredients contain in the formula. This is obviously a bit of a red flag as this is the only way you can really judge the efficacy of the supplement. I wish I could tell you more about the ingredients and product, but Power Colon Cleanse hasn’t allowed me to.

Scattered around their website you’ll see logos of news stations and photos of famous people. Next to these you’ll see quoted content. If you read the text you’ll realize that it is just generic information about colon cleansing in general and has nothing to do with Power Colon Cleanse. But most people will simply skim the website and their first impression is likely to be one in which they assume that this media is endorsing the actual product. This is a common trick used in marketing all the time to add an image of credibility.

Another red flag was the fact that they claim to have already sold over 3 million bottles of the product in retails stores. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to find any evidence (and surely you would think that there would be evidence somewhere on some stores’ sites or elsewhere on the internet) that supported this claim at all. I personally believe that it’s simply a lie to again add credibility.

There are many colon cleanse scams out there that use free trials to get unsuspecting consumers into their autoship program in which they charge them for the product 14 days after they accept the free trial and every month thereafter. Power Colon Cleanse is no exception. They too use this shady sales tactic to make their money. So if you don’t cancel the program within 14 days of ordering the free trial, get ready to start seeing chance for $75.95 on your credit card each month.

When researching the company behind the product, I was unable to mind very detailed information about Power Cleanse, Inc. The BBB didn’t have any report for them at all. This may be due to possibility of it being somewhat of a newer company. The complaint boards did prove to be helpful, however, when I found a complaint about having difficulty reaching the company after having the unexpected charges hit his credit card.

In conclusion, Power Colon Cleanse may help cleanse your colon, but unless you read the fine print, it’s sure to give you a headache as you try to get your money back after they’ve taken it out of your account. They don’t disclose the ingredients and provide very little information about the product itself. I suggest looking elsewhere.
