Today’s colon cleanser review will be focused on ColoPure. ColoPure is another average colon cleanse product that uses an autoship system to make all their money. This review will give you a glimpse of the ingredients in the product as well as the company that’s behind it in order to help you make your purchasing decisions.

I had a sense of deja vu when I started the ColoPure review. Their website looked very familiar. Well it was. It turns out that the ColoPure website is exactly like the website for Colotox. They’ve simply changed the names and pictures of the product and a few colors and that’s about it. So apparently the same company is running both Colotox and ColoPure. I think reflects a little one the company’s practices for not even taking the time to design a different website.

It gets worse. I was shocked to see that they also didn’t change the testimonials at all for the two products. Same words, same photos, same everything. I normally don’t see testimonials as very legitimate anyway since they are so easily fabricated, but seeing this assures me that they simply fake testimonials. Do you really want to buy a supplement from someone that doesn’t even take the time to make their false testimonials real?

Are the products even different? If you’re talking about ingredients, no. The ingredients are exactly the same in both products. I’m sure they’re even made at the same place at the same time. One bottle goes to get a Colotox label put on, while the next gets wrapped in a ColoPure label. I will say that the ingredients are fine (high in fiber), and should be relatively effective.

To follow suit with their pattern thus far, ColoPure also uses the same autoship system that Colotox does. If you order the free trial, you only have 14 days to call cancel the autoship that you’ve been automatically enrolled in. If you don’t, they’ll start sending you more shipments and start charging your credit card. The real trouble comes when consumers aren’t able to cancel because they’re given the runaround or no one answers their phone calls (according to the BBB and reports on complaints boards).

If, by some miracle, you are able to return the product, they do have a money back guarantee. Unfortunately, however, you only have a mere 14 days to return the product (even though they suggest that you use it for 3 months in order to see results). In addition, they charge a 15% restocking fee on anything returned. Doesn’t sound like much a satisfaction guarantee does it?

Not surprisingly, the BBB gave the company behind ColoPure an F rating. Reasons for this rating were for complaints ranging from unauthorized charges to credit cards to not honoring their cancellation policies. This is obviously a company that you don’t want to do business with.

In conclusion, ColoPure is not worth the headache. The ingredients look average, but the way that the company conducts its business is horrible. They aren’t upfront about their autoship policy and once consumers are in the program, they apparently make it difficult to cancel. Many consumers reported that they had to cancel their credit cards in order to stop the charges. I suggest you look elsewhere.
