Can’t Lose Weight? It Doesn’t Have To Be Like This.

Really believe you can’t lose weight? Any reasons why you believe that you can’t shed a bit of flab? It’s a sad fact that most people firmly believe they can’t lose weight. They believe the weight loss demons are stopping them from them from dieting with a magical spell or something.

The sad fact is that secretly they don’t want to lose weight at all. They would be happy to simply carry on as they are. Yet they will openly say they want to, but can’t seem to lose weight.

Losing weight is no difficult thing. It’s a mathematical equation, pure & simple. Your body needs to use more calories than it takes in. If you don’t use as many calories as you eat you will put on weight. Period.

Look at it from another way & you will lose weight if you burn more than you eat. This is the crux of the problem. The average diet is so full of calories it’s almost criminal. If you put side by side what you ate every day, against what you should eat you’d be so surprised you’d need a lay down.

It’s easy to eat a whole days calories in one meal. Honestly! Of course the big nasty is fast food. Even the savoury stuff can be laced with sugar. Eating sugar will make you hungry again much quicker.

Our body changes most foods into a simple sugar called glucose, and uses this for energy. You can start to feel hungry again quite quickly after eating sugary foods as they get used up by the body very quickly. Is our western diet and its high sugar content a conspiracy to get us to consume more and more, & ultimately spend more and more?

The more food we eat, the more money we spend, the more big business gets rich. It’s a great formula for big business to get richer & richer. And what’s the simplest way to get us eating more? Add sugar to everything we eat.

Kinda like in a bar when there’s peanuts on the bar so you eat the salt, get thirsty & drink more.

So, in conclusion to all this, the fact of the matter is you will drop weight by simply eating less than you burn off. Can you do this without help? I doubt it as the western worlds collective willpower is on the floor.

What you need is a hand holding system to help you. A system that will guarantee you shed those unwanted pounds if you follow the rules. If you’ve tried other methods and they’ve not worked, it’s maybe time you tried something with a new approach
